It's the only location in Skaneateles that doesn't recycle, because it's apparently too expensive for them. The new owner makes the tenants feel uncomfortable with his presence. The feeling of a dictatorship exists by the way he walks all over the complex; therefore, it makes it impossible to feel comfortable in a place you'd like to call home.
