Appliances are reliable, HVAC works well, can’t hear neighbors. It’s a nice place to live. And management responds quickly when a repair is requested. Only real issue is receiving parcels and deliveries from USPS, Amazon, FedEx, etc. Sometimes they are just thrown in the ground of the mail room. I think this happens because the overall main rim system is terrible.

We understand your concerns regarding package handling. While we do have a package locker system and a designated… parcel room in place, deliveries are handled by third-party carriers and can sometimes vary in how they’re left. We are continuing to look at ways to improve organization in this area and hope to provide a more consistent experience with package deliveries moving forward.

The apartments are very clean, well maintained and secure. The layout is functional and well payed out. Kitchens are spacious. The snow removal, clearing of walkways is done punctually.
