Apartment review
The apartment is great, many amenities rent is high for the area.
I need to find an apartment in Manhattan on the west side.

Bon Aire Condo
Quiet, very clean and safe area. Lawn upkeep is very good; the grass is always cut and trees are always trimmed. They are also decent with snow removal although the process can be annoying with having to move your car with no other place to park it. Sometimes the recycle bins are overloaded and it does not look very pleasing but overall this is a great place to live. I've lived here for many years and would reccomend it. Neighbors are nice and there is a playground nearby which is great for kids... .
