Amenities: We have a tenant lounge,fitness center,game room,and storage units for all of our tenants. These amenities are free of charge and accessible 24/7 Utilities: We include water,sewer,trash,and provide in unit laundry. The tenant is responsible for their own gas and electric bill through National Grid. Typical utility bill will be approximately $75-$200 depending on time of year and your personal usage. Cable/internet: Tenants have the option to opt in to our building discount for cable and internet. With this,they can pay a one time fee of $480 (equal to $40 per month over 12 months),and this gets them access to our cable and internet package.
