Maplewood is a very nice place to live! Staff was very friendly and helpful. I moved into a newly renovated one bedroom. Everything was clean and brand new, including new appliances. I lived in a downstairs apartment and didn't hear any type of noise from the surrounding neighbors. The complex is also very accommodating to pet owners. The property was always well maintained and had a nice pool that was open during the summer. I'mi have lived in MapleWood Apartments since January 2015 and must say that I have truly enjoyed my time. The community is safe and less than 10 minutes away from a bus stop, Syracuse university, groceries, a drug store, and a variety of take-out/eat in food places (pizza, bagel store, wings.) Management and maintenance are kind, attentive, and so helpful if you need assistance. Tenants are friendly, and I have not had any issues with noise. Nice grounds, beautiful neighborhood. Great apartment complex, located close to campus for work and 10 mins from Fayetteville for shopping and groceries! Awesome pool open during the summer months, and nicely manicured grounds. Clean and newly remodeled apartments with ground patio access! Also walking distance to some take out restaurants and small strip mall. Management is kind and responds quickly to the one and only issue I had during my year there, had to move for a new job opportunity.

We lived in Maplewood for about a year. It was a very pleasant experience as the territory was clean and safe and quiet. It is also equipped with the open swimming pool (for summer time) and Barry Park with a nice playground for kids is just 10 min walk. It also belongs to the best in the area JDW school district and kids get enrolled to the Tecumseh school. We were staying in newly remodeled 2 bdr apartment with modern kitchen appliances and new wooden cabinets. The maintenance guy was great –… was fixing any issues we complained about in the blink of an eye. The neighbors were also good, mostly university employees and professionals.
