Absolutely wonderful place to live
Newbury is under excellent management and maintenance. Living here is quiet, the apartment is clean and feels like brand new. The kitchen appliances all work very well and were in near perfect condition when we moved in. The property manager, Sarah, has reached out often since we moved in and she always responds to my emails if I ever have questions about the place. The apartments are spacious and have never had serious issues. Maintenance is friendly and in my experience has always come around… very quick when needed. I highly recommend living here, likely one of the best places to stay in Syracuse!
