Laurel is a great place to stay. The entire property is very clean and well-maintained, which makes it feel comfortable and welcoming. In short, I’ve enjoyed my time here to say the least. All my roommates have come from varying backgrounds which has made for good conversations, I like the natural light that comes from the big window in the living, everything works (unlike my last apartment). This has been one of the highlights of me living away from home.

My experience while signing up for the leasing agreement was very seamless. Very good customer support, i love how they are available at all times to call. However, if theres a discount on rent i would want to see the final price on the first page of the pdf instead of being skewed by the market price.

I’ve been living in this apartment community for about a year now, and overall, my experience has been positive. The management team is responsive and friendly, always quick to address any maintenance requests or questions. The amenities are well-maintained, and I particularly enjoy the on-site gym and the communal outdoor spaces. The location is convenient, with easy access to public transportation and nearby shops.
The neighbors are generally respectful, and the community feels safe and... welcoming. Noise levels can vary depending on the time of day, but that’s to be expected in any apartment complex. I’ve had no major issues with parking or utilities, and the rent is competitive for the area.
That said, there are occasional hiccups like slow responses during busy times or occasional repairs that take longer than expected. But overall, it’s been a good place to live, and I would recommend it to others looking for a comfortable, well-located community.
