This is a pet-friendly property with a pet fee of $200 per pet, per stay, and an additional $100 may apply for dogs that shed excessively. Only one dog is allowed, not more than 30lbs. For stays over 21 days, any extra utility costs beyond the initial charged amount are the guest's responsibility. For reservations of 29 nights or more, a refundable deposit will be collected prior to arrival.
