Don't live here
I lived here for a year, it was a year too long.
-No assigned parking (plenty of spaces) but residents slashed other people's tires for parking in "their spot".
- People were loud at all hours, screaming in the hallways, smoking indoors or right outside other people's windows.
- There has been at least one drive by shooting in the area
- Certain area restaurants won't deliver here because their employees have been jumped
- Leasing office was incompetent. I would get shut off notices from... ConEd because they weren't paying the electric bills for the common areas.
- Kept mailing me rent bills after I moved out.
