What a dump
I lived here for a couple years and it was a huge DUMP. I had mold issues, water coming in through the carpet on the when it rained, and maintenance issues that were never addressed. The lights out front of the building and in the hallways were always out so I don't know what kind of bulbs they were buying but they had to be dirt cheap. When I discussed to the leasing manager about the mold issue, she told me to just get a dehumidifier...that was her solution to having mold in an apartment. Then... when I moved out she claimed that I never told her about the issues--what bull

Harbor view apartments
Harbor view has been so great since we moved here. The office staff is so friendly and helpful. The maintenance guys are great and are always ready to help. It's a nice quiet relaxing place to live. Its a great location, I am really pleased with everything here and glad that I moved here!
