High electric bill

Been living here a little over a year now, my building is quite everyone gets along. The worst thing about the unit is the thermostat system it’s very old & can barely keep the apartment warm due to the vaulted ceilings. The installation is terrible I can feel the cold air coming from the skylight. then in the summer months is so hot hotter than outside ! there’s no air flow no windows no central air only two wall ac which do nothing in the summer months. so in the winter electric high from heat… being so high & space heaters constantly running in the summer the ac have to run all day that’s about 230 a month and it’s still never below 80 degrees inside in the summer. I don’t bother the leasing office & they don’t bother me. The laundry room is gross better off going to the laundromat. it’s really just the heating & cooling that makes living here terrible

Rude Office staff

The lovely lady that showed us this unit was kind and personable. We loved it and planned on moving in. A deposit was required to move in and we had that ready. After many conversations only the deposit was mentioned. We were moving in the first and a friend of mine asked if the rent for that month was also due. I wasn't sure but I only had the deposit ( still was paying rent at my old place and had to break the lease which was pretty expensive) I called the rental office to confirm and I was… met with "yeah duh" energy. I told her i'll have to withdraw my application because I wasn't aware. The lady laughed at me and then hung up on me. It was so rude and unprofessional and I was disappointed that a grown person was acting like this. Im giving it 3 stars because the property was beautiful and the agent that showed it was nice. But I cant stand unprofessional staff.

Raccoons / Loud neighbors / DV

Absolute s@&t show. Raccoons are constantly harassing tenants and destroying property. Constant domestic violence disputes until after 3 am. Huge families crammed into 2 bedroom apartments.

Our property’s location next to the beautiful Cuyahoga Valley National Park means we share our surroundings with wildlife. To help regulate this, we regularly remind residents to keep community… garbage bins securely closed, which has been effective in improving our relationship with the local wildlife.

Regarding noise concerns, we understand the importance of a peaceful living environment. We have quiet hours outlined in our current lease agreement, which has been updated since 2022. If you’re experiencing disturbances, such as late-night noise or any other disruptive behavior, we strongly encourage you to reach out to our office or contact the local police department so the situation can be addressed promptly.

We take all resident concerns seriously, including reports of overcrowding or other issues, and work to ensure that everyone in our community follows the policies outlined in their lease agreements.

Unprofessional

I had a tour scheduled to view one of the apartments and when the time came I contacted Adam twice and waited 15 minutes past our scheduled time and he never showed or responded to my messages. I drove over an hour each way because I’m relocating for work. The fact that I could not even receive a courtesy message that he was unable to make the time was very unprofessional. I wasted my time and gas for nothing. An hour after our time he contacted me to let me know that he had a mandatory meeting… which is understandable but I was not made aware until an hour after our appointment.
