Chamberlain and Lawnfair Apartments is an apartment community in Fairlawn, OH
The location is wonderful. It is very close to everything you need: banking, grocery stores, restaurants, freeway access, and the Property Management Offices as well.
There is no problems with neighbors as well.
Maintenance is incredibly responsive and handles all issues without any concerns.
Overall, an EXCELLENT place to live.

Bad management
The maintenance guy is really nice, but the management is lousy. The walls are super thin, so you won't have any privacy.

Thin walls, little privacy, and new management isnt fair. The place has security cameras, but the turnaround rate is high, youll have new neighbors often.

Noisy
The place is clean, however noisy. The walls are thin your neighbor can hear your conversation and privacy not here. Maintenance is excellent. Management ?- able.
