unprofessional
My boyfriend and I are looking for an apartment and my boyfriend took a tour and they told us to put an application in even though we aren’t 22 yet but my birthday is next Monday. Then I sent them a email and they told me they couldn’t process our application until I turn 22. We got a text today saying they wouldn’t be moving forward with us because we are to young and they don’t have anything available for the foreseeable future when they told my boyfriend they had something available.... Robinwoods will lie and tell you whatever they want and then tell you something completely different. So unprofessional and not worth living in a place with unprofessional people.

Our current team has undergone thorough training to ensure accurate and professional communication, particularly regarding availability and leasing requirements.
Additionally, we’d like to clarify that our community policy requires all leaseholders to be 22 years of age or older. While we understand this may have caused inconvenience, this policy is in place to maintain consistency in our leasing process.
