Security Deposit is equal to one months rent and tenant pays for all utilities. Proof of rental insurance is required at move-in. All residents that are 18 years old or older are required to fill out an application ($50 non-refundable) and are subject to a credit and background check. Please note: All showings are during daytime hours only, Monday thru Friday 9:00 to 6:00 PM and Saturday 10:00 to 2:00 PM. No evening appointments. No Sunday or Holiday appointments.
