I was born and raised in the Bedford area. Love my apartment and I’m not going anywhere. Trinity Towers is the better the high rise apartments in the area. I appreciate management’s effort in the upkeep that they do with the grounds and buildings.

Great!

The staff is very welcoming. Maintenance crew keeps the place clean. A lot of parking space. Rooms are a nice size.

Terrible. Avoid!

Worst building in Cleveland.

The building has cockroaches which is rare for Ohio. The insides are generally dirty with stains everywhere. The office staff are rude and will lie about corporate policy if it suits them.

Be very careful - they will try to trick you into signing a longer lease than you want and if you question them about this, they will try to talk you out of having the terms fixed.

We offer complimentary pest control services, and our… custodial staff works hard to maintain a high standard of cleanliness across the community. Moreover, all leases come with a lease term, which you signed and agreed to. Ending the lease term early can result in lease termination fees, which is standard across the multifamily rental industry. If you'd like to discuss your lingering concerns further, please give us a call.

Great Value and Location

Have lived here for a few years. Whenever I need anything the office is always helpful and the maintenance guys are always quick to help. Great value and location close to my family and shopping and entertainment one exit away.
