Complete 180 transformation since the new owners and property manager took over

This place has had a complete 180 transformation since the new owners and property manager took over in June 2025. Wow. All new everything. New layouts, new flooring paint countertops appliances bathrooms, new carpet and lighting in all the common areas, new landscaping. New sign. Even a new parking lot. So safe!

Love it!!!!

A great place to call home from the office manager Maria to the property manager Kristina they are the nicest, most understanding and accommodating management team I've ever done business with. I love my back patio it's so secluded and peaceful. The grounds are kept neat and tidy. The laundry room makes it super convenient for a full time employed individual to do their laundry. Everyone in my complex is so friendly and neighborly and I'm glad I made the choice to call the Floridian apartments… my home. Thanks...***Julie***

Dirty

It's ok but could need improvements to a lot of things. Not spacious enough for three people. The maintenance crew consist of one person and the apartment complex needs clean daily not once a month
