I've been living out here for 18 years I was at oak bend when it to was part of this complex I absolutely love the staff back then and now they are the sweetest ladies and the maintenance Crew is on top of there business I don't have to say more the property speaks for it self what more can I say about a place I lived this long and love so much

Best place for us

Been here almost a year and even though there is no playground we have a community pool and picnic area and we are close to the YMCA and a park that has a trail. Staff is very respectful of our needs as my husband is disabled. Whenever we have a question or need maintenance we are taken care of in a timely matter. Neighbors are all nice and respectful as well.

Colony Bay East

Fairly nice complex very quite and clean, would be awesome if they had a playground for the children,only con would be they take a very long time to respond to maintenance work but other then that it's a nice complex for families
