Eh depends on your lifestyle.
The property is over run with kids that seem to have no parents, most are under the age of 10 and have zero parental supervision. They run through the complex in front of cars, they bang on your Windows, scream at the top of their lungs right outside your doors, it's insane. Maintenance is lacking for sure, nothing really gets fixed. Manager is nice, but I think she just had too much going on to focus on the complex. We just got a new manager so hoping that will help the situation at the complex... a little more. I love that they allow pets though, and most of everyone are nice. Definately not over run by drugs and partiers like it used to be. Overall not too bad, just wish people would supervise their children a little better. :)
