Ten31

I have lived here for about a year now and I love it. I plan on renewing my lease when it's up. The 1 bedroom is a perfect fit. I haven't came across really any issues but I broke my blinds and needed a replacement. maintenance was there the next day and changed them out. Leo and Jon are both great!

Jonathan is Incredible!

Highly recommend

Love the location. Tons of stores and shops close by that can conveniently provide for all your needs.
Maintenance is quick to respond and the community is kept up in great condition.

Great location

These apartments are in a perfect location. They’re in Centerville school district and close to everything. There’s also a 24 hour gym, Starbucks coffee and they are building a brand new pool.
