The primary person booking must be at least 22 years old for out-of-town guests and 25 years old for local guests. No weapons or drugs are allowed, with zero tolerance enforced by police. Guests must agree to not disturb neighbors and observe quiet hours from 9 PM to 7 AM. Long-term stays of 30 days or more are subject to a background search and credit check.
