If you’re not comfortable with urban environments, however, this may be a challenging stay. You will see some litter, and some people hanging out around a nearby convenience store. Some of our neighbors pull up lawn chairs on the street and hang out in front of their stoop. Parties and amplified music are strictly forbidden without advance written consent. Under Ohio Revised Code and Cincinnati municipal code, throwing an unauthorized party is considered criminal trespassing and charges may be pressed. Quiet hours are observed from 9:30pm-8am. In the event of a disturbance, one polite request (warning) may be given to come into compliance. If the request is not honored then your reservation will be terminated without refund. Amplified music is strictly forbidden at all hours without advance written consent. A $300 cleaning fee will be assessed for smoking indoors. There is a $170 re-keying fee for unreturned keys. Units found with unreasonable amounts of waste, in complete disorder, and/or “trashed” will be subject to an additional $200 cleaning fee, or actual cost to clean, whichever is higher.
