Smoking and parties are not permitted. There is a $500 penalty for removing smoke detectors. No outside guests are allowed without permission. Quiet hours are observed from 9 pm to 7 am. Check-in is at 4 PM, and check-out is at 11 AM, with a $75/hr late fee. Weapons and drugs are not allowed, and any violation will be reported to the police.
