Check-in is at 4 PM, and check-out is at 11 AM, with a $75 per hour late fee. There is a $500 penalty for removing smoke detectors. No outside guests are allowed without permission. Two towels are provided per guest per stay. A valid photo ID is required to complete the booking. A maximum of two pets are allowed, with a combined weight limit of 40lbs, and no Pit Bulls or Bull Mastiffs (or similar breeds) are permitted. No smoking or parties are allowed. Guests must agree not to disturb neighbors at any time during the stay and must observe quiet hours from 9 pm to 7 am each day.
