The fully equipped modern kitchen is ideal for preparing your favorite meals, complete with an oven, stove, refrigerator/freezer, dishwasher, coffee maker with coffee essentials, sink with hot and cold water, glasses, silverware, pots and pans, and a dining table for two. The in-unit laundry room includes a washer and dryer. The pristine, private full bath is stocked with everything you need, including a bath and shower, wash basin with mirror, toilet, towels, and essential toiletries.
Early or late check-out is available upon request for a $20-25 hourly fee. Late checkouts incur a $100 fee for the first hour and a full day's charge thereafter. The pool and hot tub hours are Sunday to Thursday from 7am to 11pm and Friday to Saturday from 7am to 12am.

No pets are allowed, and evidence of unregistered pets will result in a $500 fine. Smoking on the property will result in a fine due to the time-intensive process of removing smoke smell and nicotine from the walls. There is a surcharge for groups that are deceitful about the use of the unit, and guests partying will be asked to vacate the property immediately without refund. All guests must be registered for liability purposes, and a surcharge of $350 per undeclared guest per night will be applied for each unapproved guest. The security camera on the outer door frame must not be removed or disabled, and a fine of $500 is applicable if violated. Check-out times are firm unless scheduled and confirmed 24 hours in advance, with a $50/hour penalty for late check-out. Garbage must be disposed of in a sealed bag in the trash chute on your floor. Lost keys and fobs are subject to a replacement fee of $150. The building does not allow packages or deliveries to be received or held on-site. Guests looking to extend their stay are welcome to do so, subject to availability, with a 48-hour notice required prior to checkout time to extend without penalty. All extension requests between 24-48 hours before checkout time are subject to an additional 50% of the cleaning fee, and requests less than 24 hours before checkout time will incur an additional cleaning fee.
