The laundry room offers an in-unit washer and dryer. The bathroom features a bath with shower, wash basin, mirror, toilet, towels, and essential toiletries.

This unit is located next to Lola’s Bar, and occasional noise may be heard. A background check is mandatory for all reservations. The primary guest must be at least 18 years old; any guests under 18 must be accompanied by a guardian who is 18 or older. Smoking on the property will result in a $1000 fine. Evidence of pets will result in a $500 fine. There is a $1000 surcharge charged to groups that are deceitful about the use of the unit, and guests partying will be asked to vacate the property immediately without refund. A surcharge of $350 per undeclared guest per night will be applied for each unapproved guest. Under no circumstances is the security camera to be removed or disabled in any way, and any cameras removed or disabled will be considered a violation of the booking and a fine of $500 is applicable. A $50/hour penalty is applied if guests fail to check out by 10:30 am. Quiet hours are observed from 9 pm on weeknights and 10 pm on weekends.
Outdoor cameras are installed for safety, but there are no cameras inside the property. Guests are responsible for restocking consumable items once the initial supply runs out. Building management cannot accept or hold packages for guests. Building amenities may occasionally be closed or temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, safety concerns, or management decisions.
