Check-in is at 4 PM and check-out is at 11 AM, with a $75/hr late fee. There is a $500 penalty for removing smoke detectors. No outside guests are allowed without permission. Quiet hours are observed from 9pm-7am each day. Guests must agree to not disturb neighbors at all times during the stay. A valid photo ID is required to complete the booking. There is a maximum of 2 pets allowed (40lbs combined), excluding Pit Bulls and Bull Mastiffs or similar breeds. A pet fee may be charged for guests traveling with an emotional support animal. The presence of emotional support animals can be declined from stays or Experiences. To abide by all legal requirements and HOA rules, you will be asked to provide a copy of your official government-issued photo ID, confirm your contact information, pass through our verification portal and, in some instances, complete a criminal background check. Failure to provide these documents will result in a cancellation and denied entry. No weapons or drugs are allowed; zero tolerance means police will be called for violating this rule. [SI]
