I didn’t even get to see a unit. We scheduled a tour from 12PM to 12:45 PM so we had ample time to look at the property and the unit since I like to check out the outlets and HVAC and such. We got stuck and traffic and arrived at 12:12, thinking it was no biggie because we still had half an hour. Nope. Got there and the woman in the office said “We can’t give you a tour because we scheduled them back to back today and my next one is coming in at 12:15.” Absolutely pissed that we scheduled (and... confirmed) a 45 minute appointment only to be turned away because they scheduled on top of us. We rescheduled for later in the day, but didn’t go because we ended up seeing another property and applying there. Every year I have to get my AC serviced because it leaks refrigerant and maintenance takes weeks to come to fix it. The office can’t even give you an estimate on when they be out. Avoid.

Terrible complex. The leasing office is awful. Over priced and outrageous hidden fees in the rent. The final straw was getting our apartment broken into.. jewelry and money stolen. The office showed us no support or empathy. Several neighbors have many very loud, big dogs that aren’t being properly cared for and bark all through the night. The garbage bins were disgusting. I do not recommend living here.

Where to start... They hit my credit twice when I applied. My car has been broken into 5 times. There is almost $200 in extra fees above rent every month. Internet is terrible with no other providers to change to. Maggots all over the trash that they forget to pick up quite often. I have been trying to contact the main office for almost 3 months with no reply.

During those 3 months, I didn't have AC or a working toilet until I called my own repair guy on my own dime. Maintenance blamed me for... not being available even though I WFH and am always home. Read More

Brookstone village does not care to help you fix any items broken in your property.

We have had no AC all summer and they have made no efforts to fix it.

If you are considering an apartment and want AC. Do NOT live here.

They have no problem collecting rent though.
