The rent here is affordable for a studio apartment and I haven't had any problems with my issues being resolved. The people in the rental office are nice. It's quite over here and it's near the 64 bus stop. The 38x isn't reliable to get you home in this area sadly. So you solely rely on the 64. I've lived in 2 units here and the studios vary in size because this one I'm in is smaller than the last but I like it, so it works out. Wow, where can I start. First, I would like to say I absolutely love my apartment. It's my first apartment I'm paying on my own, and I enjoy that. When you first walk in the living room/bedroom is carpeted with soft, tan shag rug. I would say the room is 12ft by 14ft. Once you pass the main entrance room, you enter the kitchen. The kitchen is hardwood beautiful floors, equipped with my own stove and refrigerator and white cabin spaces. It also has wooden space for my little gadgets like my... microwave which I love. Lastly, from the kitchen is access to the bathroom, which is mainly white and teal tile all over along with a full bathtub and mini window to overlook the wooded area and berry trees. The neighborhood is secluded and the apartment sit downhill on the boulevard. The space is just right for me, with plenty of decorative ideas ready for me to put into it. Well, for starters this is my first apartment on my own ever. I am 19 years old, soon to be 20 in a couple of days, and I love my space and location. The area is mainly residential, with a respectable landlord and quiet settings. My apartment is 254 sq ft, with a 12 x 14 living room space with carpet along with a half kitchen an turquoise tile bathroom. The apt overall is a nice starter home for me and I really hope to win.
