Best Apartments in Cincinnati

As a currently resident of Radius at the Banks, I only have good things to say. I first moved into my apartment 3 years ago, left and I am back again! I can confidently say this is one of the best apartments in Downtown Cincinnati where you feel extremely safe and at home. Between the amenities, the staff, the large spaces each apartment offers and so many restaurants within walking distance, it is such a great place.

Great apartment

The apartments are very nice. The leasing team was very helpful even during a pandemic. It’s very secure and feels safe. Everyone in the building is so nice as well :)

Excellent friendly service

We have lived in Radius at the Banks for 3 years and love it! A few days ago an earring fell down the bathroom sink drain. I submitted a maintenance request on the app, and less than 2 hours later, a member of the maintenance team knocked on our door. He quickly retrieved my earring and mentioned the drain was running slowly, so he cleared that too! This was typical of the responsiveness and pro activity of the Radius team. Heather, Maggie, and Will always greet us with a smile and a wave... or a few friendly words!

Great Place to Live!!!

I have lived at Radius at the Banks for over four years now. The building is clean, safe, and modern. It is also pet friendly and within walking distance to all of Cincinnati’s downtown attractions. Also, the staff is very friendly and easy to get along with. I highly recommend the Radius!!!
