These apartments were built in 1974 and it shows, right down to the lead paint warning letter/waiver that my husband and I had to sign during our lease signing appointment! My bad because we should have gotten up and left, but my husband needed to relocate to Pickaway county for work and we were desperate as well as in a hurry.

My boyfriend and I are trying to move in and we are getting no where with the lady answering the phone she says she will send over information and doesn't got mad that we wouldn't move in the week she wanted us to
