New building but the place is ruined as it is poorly run.
Some infrastructure issues and the management is chaotic.
They never follow through on problems and instead try to cover up.
Some neighbors also ruin the place too and ive seen homeless people living in the game room and 6th floor event room till late night.

Walls are paper thin or as someone mentioned it is cardboard not even wood, trash piles up everywhere, water leak issues that management refuse to address, the smart home features does not work as advertised and management cannot seem to fix it, pest infestations with flies and moths constantly in the unit, the hallways smells really bad for long periods of time due to unhygienic residents, strong weed smell throughout the building, heavily stained carpets, overall, management has been very… difficult. The property looks good from the outside, but the actual living experience has revealed numerous infrastructure, cleanliness, and quality issues.

The trash areas are frequently overflowing and attract flies and other insects. I have also experienced an unusually severe fruit-fly/insect problem inside my apartment, despite not keeping fruit or cooking at home. At times, there are so many that they become a constant nuisance—even while eating. I have also noticed larger fly-like insects in the… building. I suspect trash being left or thrown from balconies may be contributing to the problem, but regardless of the cause, the level of infestation is unacceptable.

What has been most frustrating, however, is management. Getting issues addressed has often required repeated follow-ups, and communication has been difficult. Instead of feeling like concerns are being actively resolved, the process can feel like residents have to continually chase management for answers.

I heard several neighbors having excessive water leak issues so I am about to check mine cause the water bill feels high.

Overall, the building has a nice appearance, but the quality and day-to-day maintenance do not live up to it. A modern exterior means very little when residents are dealing with overflowing trash, persistent insects, cleanliness concerns, and difficult management. Nothing works in this apartment.
The smart home doesn't work, the TVs in the studio and gym equipments does not work at all.
Apartment is built not with wood but its cardboard.
Very poorly maintained.
And the property manager is a joke
