Strictly no smoking or drug use is allowed inside the unit or anywhere in the building. Violations will result in immediate eviction, no refund, and a $1,000 cleaning fee for smoking or intoxication. There is no mailbox access, and mail or packages cannot be delivered to the unit. Each reservation includes one key fob and one keycafe tag for access to the building and elevator. Lost key fobs will incur a replacement fee of $500. Please avoid leaving trash in front of the unit door, as non-compliance may result in a $250 charge. Standard check-in is at 4:00 PM and check-out is strictly at 10:00 AM.
