To maintain cleanliness, avoid leaving trash in front of your unit door, as non-compliance may result in a $250 charge. Use designated bins and trash chutes near the elevator on each floor. Take care of key fobs, as replacements cost $500 each. Starter packs of toilet paper and paper towels are provided, with guests responsible for additional supplies.
