Paid parking is available on the premises for a fee of $25 per day per car, with a maximum of two cars allowed. For stays longer than seven days, an additional charge will apply. Approval for a maximum of two dogs is allowed for a flat fee of $125 per stay. Requests to bring a third or fourth dog are subject to approval and will incur an additional $100 fee. No cats are allowed.

Undisclosed pets will result in a $150 fee and may lead to reservation cancellation without refund. No smoking, vaping, or burning anything inside the home is allowed, and any evidence of smoking will result in a $500 fee. Check-out is at 11 am sharp, with a $25 fee for every 15 minutes past check-out time. Quiet hours are observed after 10 pm and before 8 am. Furniture and decor should not be moved during your stay. Cameras on-site will be monitored for traffic in the home, and uninvited guests will be asked to leave with no refund. Additional charges may apply for unfollowed check-out instructions or breaking house rules.
