Quite good

The apartments have a lot of character, some units having been newly renovated; management is responsive and all the utilities work (when they’re turned on).
Be prepared for your apartment and the building hallways to smell like cigarette smoke 100% of the time however.
Parking can also be an issue, but not a terrible one.
