Terrible spot

Beyond overpriced, Sonja the building manager is not qualified for the job, it shows through her lack of professionalism, ignoring resident emails and mail, hardly ever being in office during work hours. No amenities are open, don’t believe them when they tell you there is onsite dining, bars, or coffee shop. Units have leaks (literally all the units plumbing leaks), weren’t finished properly (not cleaned after construction, unlevel surfaces, floorboards not to wall. Move literally any other... building it will be better.

Love my Apartment !

I moved into this building in June 2024, renting a 1-bedroom flat, and I couldn’t be happier with my decision. While the building is still undergoing construction, which has resulted in some delays and unfinished features, the staff has been incredibly patient and considerate. One of the highlights of living here has been the Wine Down Wednesdays — a fantastic opportunity to unwind and relax after a busy workday. The sense of community here is really strong, and the staff truly makes you feel... like you’re part of something special.

A standout experience for me has been the exceptional service provided by the concierge team. I recently relocated from Massachusetts to Ohio and had to navigate some local processes like changing my car registration and license. Charles, the concierge, went out of his way to guide me through the process. Despite having a fractured foot, he even drove his scooter to help me swap my car plates. It’s little acts like this that really make you feel valued. Charles, along with Angel — the morning concierge — and the rest of the team, are always there to lend a hand. One memorable moment was when my wife’s parcel was mistakenly delivered to another building. Angel went out in the cold winter and personally tracked it down, getting it to us with a smile.

Additionally, I’ve had excellent experiences with Bob, the maintenance manager, who not only resolves issues quickly but is also a great resource for tips on navigating Ohio. Sheree, the cleaning lady, is always thoughtful and accommodating, and Sonia, the building manager, is approachable and genuinely cares about the residents' well-being. Despite the ongoing construction, it’s clear that the potential for this building is enormous, and I feel safe and comfortable here with my family. The staff’s dedication to making our experience positive, even during a transition period, makes this building feel like home.

The Worst

Our experience has been extremely disappointing and if I could rate them zero stars I would. We came to the see the apartments in April while they were still under construction, signed a lease and we were led to believe that everything would be completed by July of this year (pool, rooftop, dog park, club house on the rooftop, balconies, etc.) we moved in mid June and of course non of the above has been finalized and it's not set to be completed until summer 2025!!! Now I can understand that the... delays happen but a whole year? You provide false expectations with unrealistic dates to entice people to sign a lease only to have them wondering when theses amenities that you're paying for will be completed. We can't even access the balcony due to the fact that there is no handle to the door, which I believe is a fire hazard since there are no windows in the unit that can be opened, this is the very least you should be able to speed up. Management does not respond to emails or service requests just blatantly ignore everything.
