Great apartment

Been living here for almost 3 years now. So far i love it, quiet, clean and my maintenance request always attended fast. I send a request in the morning and upon return from work its fixed. So far all my request had been properly attended from busted lights to washer issues and AC. I am glad and thankful i never had any delayed issues whenever i send a request .

This place is such a gem.

I wish I was an eloquent enough writer to truly capture the experience of living here and working with Katie in the office. I have dreamed of living downtown and not only is this place priced perfectly, the finishes are top notch and location couldn’t be better. You don’t even have to paint because the walls are already a gorgeous gray! From start to finish, Katie has gone above and beyond to ensure our happiness. We have been looking to transition downtown for 3 years and finally found our… perfect home here at Hanna. Small tips for those who are considering moving here. 1.) Just DO it. 2.) look at the Hanna theater schedule on the day you are moving in and work around the show times, this will make move in day easier.

Awesome 2 bedroom

Just moved in to the Hanna, the staff has been extremely helpful with expediting my move in process. I lucked out and got a top floor unit with a great view of progressive field. The finishes are very nice, granite counter tops, dark wood cabinets, tiled bath. Im also very happy with how fast the elevator is, pretty snappy. There is also a sky-walk connecting you to the adjacent building that has fine dining and a Starbucks! seriously cant beat that. Being located in playhouse square is awesome.… good food and theater. Hienens has a beautiful grocery store about two blocks away. There is a great Pub (Parnells) across the street and you can easily jump on the free train line if you want to go to east 4th for more dining/bars/casino, or just do the 5min walk if the weather is nice.

Apartment Nirvana

I moved here in October 2013. The space coloring is perfect, the view is the best, and it's it a PERFECT spot in downtown Cleveland. I can hear everything that's going on in the street and can walk to 3 major sports venues. The restaurants in the area have every taste you could wish for. Shopping, groceries, and the casino are also within walking distance. The staff is wonderful and understanding and takes care of everything! This is the definition of living in Nirvanaland! I will be here… for awhile!

Perfect Spot for Downtown Living

The perfect spot to live in downtown Cleveland. Across the street from the Jake and bars on East 9th, and only a few blocks from The Q and East 4th. Great views of Playhouse Square, can walk to the grocery store, and all of these perks with affordable rent for essentially brand new accommodations. Can't go wrong here
