This apartment is filled with gorgeous rare plants, upscale decor, and original hardwood floors. It features a fully equipped kitchen with high-end appliances, quartz countertops, and your new favorite coffee. Enjoy high-speed internet, a 55-inch Smart TV in the living room, additional Smart TVs in all bedrooms, tower fans, white noise machines, a hair dryer, and a handheld steamer.
Pets are welcome for a fee of $40 per pet per night, up to $600 cap per pet per month. Street permit parking for one vehicle is complimentary. Additional street permit parking is available for $10 per additional vehicle for your entire stay. Early check-in and late check-out options are available for an additional fee: 1-hour early check-in at 3 pm for $25, 2-hour early check-in at 2 pm for $50, 1-hour late check-out at 11 am for $25, and 2-hour late check-out at 12 pm for $50.
The location is perfect, with many great restaurants and bars right on North High Street. The Short North District is a 5-minute walk, and Ohio State University campus and Kroger Food Market are less than 1 mile away. Downtown Columbus area and Nationwide Arena Stadium are a 4-minute drive, and the Greater Columbus Convention Center is also a 4-minute drive. Nationwide Children's Hospital is an 8-minute drive, and CMH Columbus John Glenn Airport is a 10-minute drive. Easton Town Center Shopping Mall is a 15-minute drive, with easy access to all major highways and COTA lines.
Some city or neighbor noise is possible due to the centrally located downtown location and shared wall with the neighboring unit. White noise machines and fans are provided in every room. Quiet hours are between 9 pm and 7 am. Breaking any of the house rules will result in a charge of $500 each, subject to a charge per occasion and per broken rule separately. Absolutely no plants in the home are to be moved for any reason. No loud music is allowed at any time. No parties, small gatherings, or events are allowed. No smoking, marijuana, firearms, illegal substances, or any illegal activity are allowed on the property; smoking is allowed outside the home only. No additional unregistered guests are allowed. Tampering with exterior surveillance, noise monitors, and smoke sensors will lead to immediate cancellation with no refund, as well as a $500 violation charge. Any late check-outs will result in an additional charge of $300. By choosing to book this apartment, you agree to allow plant specialists to come for approximately 30 minutes around 12 pm on Fridays to water and care for the plants.
