This home is centrally located downtown and shares a wall with the neighboring unit, so some city or neighbor noise is possible. White noise machines and a fan are provided to ensure a restful stay. Smoking, marijuana, firearms, illegal substances, or any illegal activity are not allowed on the property, though smoking is permitted outside the home. Vaping and medical marijuana are not allowed inside the home. Breaking any house rules will result in a $300 charge per occasion and per broken rule. Loud music is not allowed at any time, and quiet hours are from 9 p.m. to 7 a.m. Parties, gatherings, or events are not allowed. Exterior video surveillance and noise monitors are in place for safety and security.
