Quiet hours are from 9 p.m. to 7 a.m., and no loud music is allowed at any time. Breaking any house rule will result in a charge of $500 each, subject to a charge per occasion and per broken rule separately. Absolutely no plants in the home are to be moved for any reason. No parties, small gatherings, or events are allowed. Smoking, marijuana, firearms, or illegal substances are prohibited on the property, but smoking is allowed outside the home only. No additional unregistered guests are allowed. Tampering with exterior surveillance, noise monitors, and smoke sensors will lead to immediate cancellation with no refund, as well as a $300 violation charge. Any late check-outs will result in an additional charge of $100.
