The first floor includes a fully equipped kitchen, a dining area, a cozy living room, and a half bathroom. The second floor features 2 bedrooms each with a king-size bed and a full bathroom. The third floor has 1 bedroom with a queen bed and 1 bedroom with two queen beds.
Pet-friendly stays are available for a fee of $40 per pet per night, up to a $600 cap per pet for the entire stay. Street permit parking is available for $10 per additional vehicle for your entire stay.
Located in the Short North, this home is within walking distance of many great restaurants and bars on North High Street. It's a short walk to the Short North District and less than a mile from Ohio State University campus and Kroger Food Market. The Greater Columbus Convention Center, Nationwide Arena Stadium, and Downtown Columbus area are all a short drive away. You'll also have easy access to major highways and COTA lines for getting around the city.
Some city or neighbor noise is possible due to the centrally located downtown location and shared wall with the neighboring unit. White noise machines and fans are provided in every room. Quiet hours are from 9 p.m. to 7 a.m. No loud music is allowed at any time. No parties, small gatherings, or events are allowed. Smoking, marijuana, firearms, illegal substances, or any illegal activity are not allowed on the property. Tampering with exterior surveillance, noise monitors, and smoke sensors will lead to immediate cancellation with no refund, as well as a $300 violation charge. Any late check-outs will result in an additional charge of $100. Breaking any of the house rules will result in a charge of $500 each, subject to a charge per occasion and per broken rule separately. No additional (unregistered) guests are allowed over (even if not spending the night) unless under the reservation guest count. A $50 extra guest fee will be charged per extra unregistered guest per night.
