Quiet hours are from 9 p.m. to 7 a.m. Breaking any of the house rules will result in a charge of $500 each, subject to a charge per occasion and per broken rule separately. Tampering with exterior surveillance, noise monitors, and smoke sensors will lead to immediate cancellation with no refund, as well as a $300 violation charge. Any late check-outs will result in an additional charge of $100. No photography or any commercial use is allowed on the premises without written permission from the host.
