Work up a sweat on the private sports court, where you can enjoy a game of pickleball or shoot hoops on the basketball court. The game room features a pool table and classic arcade games. The gourmet kitchen is fully equipped for preparing meals and includes cookware, dishes and silverware, and a coffee maker, along with a dishwasher. The main living room invites you to settle into the large sectional and stream your favorites on the 75” Smart TV. Essentials like a high chair, pack `n play/travel crib, bathtub, washer and dryer, iron, and hair dryer are provided.
Up to 2 dogs are welcome for a flat fee of $125. Requests for a 3rd or 4th dog are subject to approval and an additional $100.

This home is located in a quiet, family-friendly community, and guests are expected to be respectful of the neighbors at all times. Parties and events are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate termination of the stay without refund along with penalties. Excessive noise may result in a $500 fine due to past neighbor complaints. No smoking is allowed inside the house, and there is a $500 fine for violation. Undisclosed pets will result in a $150 fee and may lead to cancellation without refund. Shoes should be removed indoors to help keep the home clean. Quiet hours are between 10 PM and 8 AM. If an unauthorized gathering happens, your reservation will be terminated on the spot and you’ll be required to vacate immediately without a refund (this includes no refunds on any unused nights). Any cleanup related to a party or "gathering" no matter the size will also incur additional cleaning fees and labor/material fees for any damages that were caused.
Backyard renovations were recently completed in late March 2026, and grass seed has been planted. During this transition, outdoor areas may be soft or muddy, so we ask guests to use caution and help us protect the new lawn by avoiding the yard when possible while still enjoying the outdoor amenities!
