48 Parkwood Avenue is a long-standing part of Columbus’ history. Built in 1906, it was originally a family home, later becoming the headquarters of the Ohio Baptist General Convention in the 1950s until the mid-1990s. The property was placed on Columbus Landmarks Most Endangered Properties List in 2018. New life has been infused into the space with a restoration overseen by the State Historic Preservation Office.
