Some city or neighbor noise is possible due to the central location and shared wall with the neighboring unit. Quiet hours are from 9 p.m. to 7 a.m. No plants in the home are to be moved. No loud music, parties, small gatherings, or events are allowed. Smoking, marijuana, firearms, illegal substances, or any illegal activity are prohibited on the property. Tampering with exterior surveillance, noise monitors, and smoke sensors will lead to immediate cancellation with no refund, as well as a $300 violation charge. Any late check-out will result in an additional charge of $100. Breaking any of the house rules will result in a charge of $500 each. Pets are allowed for a fee of $40 per pet, per night (up to $600 cap per pet for the entire stay), please notify us prior to booking as host approval is required.
