Smoking, marijuana, firearms, illegal substances, or any illegal activity are not allowed on the property; smoking is allowed outside the home only. No additional unregistered guests are allowed. Tampering with exterior surveillance, noise monitors, and smoke sensors will lead to immediate cancellation with no refund, as well as a $500 violation charge. Any late check-outs will result in an additional charge of $300. Guests take full responsibility for all damages, injuries, or losses that occur on the premises. Any unreported damage will be deducted.
