Albany Glen

Overall, a great place to live. During the 8 years, 8 months, and 30 days I lived at Albany Glen, I had very few complaints. The staff was always friendly and professional, maintenance was responsive and did their best to address any issues, and the clubhouse was consistently clean and well-maintained.

The apartments themselves are nicely finished, with higher-quality materials than many of the other places where friends of mine lived. While the rent was typically a bit higher than some nearby... options, I felt it was justified by the excellent location and convenient access to restaurants, shopping, and grocery stores.

My only real criticism would be the parking situation. I would have liked to see assigned parking spaces. During several summers, guest parking overflow and residents with multiple vehicles sometimes made it difficult to find a spot near my building, forcing me to park farther away.

Overall, Albany Glen was a wonderful place to call home for nearly nine years, and it’s a community I’ll genuinely miss. I would gladly recommend it to anyone looking for a well-maintained apartment in a great location. Read More

Great place to live I have lived here now almost 7 years and everything for the most part has been great! The only thing I would change is the pool opening additionally could we have select days that the pool is just for adults?

Your team was great! I have been having problems with my dishwasher and it took a couple a times for maintenance figure out what was going on after trying a couple of different things. Mel diagnosed it as the pump. He replaced the pump and it works great! Louie was observing to help him learn how to do it. They are a great team. I appreciate their promptness, professionalism and friendly attitude. It shows that they want to do a good job and care about the residents. Keep up the good work!!

Locked out Had maintenance requests for the breakers to be fixed and mailbox keys to be left on the counter, but come back after work to my locks being changed?! I had a flight to catch Friday afternoon and I was not prepared to be locked out. What if it was past 4pm and I didn’t have access to anyone nor the emergency number? Very poor miscommunication and luckily I made my flight. Very upsetting experience and nervous for the next 14 months.
