How Is This Rating Determined?

Will not be renewing.

They advertise as a place to live and work but this is what you get:
- Front doors and back doors that don’t latch or lock properly leaving the mailroom open to public. They never fully fix the problem when you ask, so they remain broken at all times and there is no security.
- Elevators that are constantly broken and will go an entire weekend before being fixed. Or will go out of service the second you get off them…not a great feeling.
- Fire alarms that don’t work and go off randomly, when... they seek to fix it, they cut the power without notice, and have to conduct testing for 3 full business days
- Dog park gates don’t latch, and no urgency to fix them. Dog parks are also gross as other tenants don’t pick up after their pets.

Awful

This place is so deceiving and gets your hopes up for nothing. Everything they used to build the apartment is so cheap. The countertops easily stain and the floors are completely uneven. The staff will ignore you

Avoid This Mirage

Poor/rushed construction.

Rude/unresponsive property management team.

Unsecured front entrance.

Dirty building.

High crime area.

If it seems too good to be true, it probably is. DO NOT MOVE HERE
