It’s sad for someone to get their first apartment and pick this place!! The person is trying to make their life better. But how could they if you got bugs flying in your bathroom etc..... so far in the last two weeks they done seen over 500 they call the office no one ever pick up I told them to walk down to the office and see them face to face that still didn’t work so as of today nothing have been done if I could post pictures I would so sad the whole situation for someone just started out ...... . These days this nasty place infested with roaches and carpet ants that never fixies nothing at all is paying $25 for a good review
Please do yourself and your family a favor and stay away.
What ever smile you get srops after you sign that lease.

This neighborhood is really safe, the complex is located in a very good area, with access to a lot of shopping places, grocery stores, coffee shops, pet stores, gyms. I love the feeling inside the apartment, the attention to details, the hand-picked furniture, everything really makes you feel like home. The office staff is nice and helpful and I don't think that I ever waited for longer than two days for the maintenance to come and fix whatever problem I had.

I just leased an apartment at Chesapeake apartments and was really impressed with the person who helped me. She really explained what the property and area had to offer. The townhome I just looked at is newly renovated and looks beautiful. Really excited about the upcoming renovations to the pool area  It will be nice to cancel my gym membership and stop paying so much money. Only negative I have is that my commute to work is a little longer, but the tradeoff is living near Easton area!

Dirty residents. Throw trash on the floor. Trash is everywhere. Very dirty community
