Shower is growing black residue no matter how hard I scrub. Everything in the apartment is not high quality. Cheap rugs, no circulation which can lead to mold. Needs more windows and get rid of the rugs and remodel the tub! The amenities are decent, modernish. The pool is very noisy and riddled with outsiders during the summer. Alot of low income people with no home training moved in recently. Just a fair warning.
