How Is This Rating Determined?

you get what you pay for

The rent is cheap ,people tend to keep to themselves and some are friendly. The maintenance is not that bad with basic things but can do a rush job. Roaches all in the foundation of the building and mold in people’s apartments . Also theirs a lady in the main office that’s very rude and lacks customer service skills.
