Not a great experience

When I lived here, it wasn’t a great experience because the management was none responsive and didn’t follow up when there were maintenance issues.. I lived here for one year a number of years ago so may be better now, but you couldn’t pay me to live here again - some neighbors were also loud and the squirrels would make noise literally inside of the ceiling or roof.

I Can't Really Say

Although I was turned down for an apartment, I must say that Kristin and Denise, in the main office, were kind, nice, and professional. I wasn't thrilled with having been turned down despite seeing tenants who can't possibly afford the rent there but that's none of my business. The place is nice and Kristin and Denise were very pleasant. Thank you. J.

Excellent Maintenance Service

My heater was not working, and I opened a ticket in the morning. Within two hours, the maintenance team member Dion checked the unit. Dion identified the issue and resolved it in a few minutes. Quick and reliable Maintenance. Thank you!!

Don’t bother applying here

The photos are very misleading. The “renovated” unit we toured looked terrible e.g. poor paint job, paint splatters on floor crooked outlets, etc. Not to mention there was a very strong odor in the unit as well as the hallway outside. Additionally we were told we would receive an $150 off discount and when we didn’t receive it they refused to refund us.Be prepared to lose upwards of $300 just for applying.
